Pedana Kalamkari
Honoring the Tradition of Machilipatnam
Our Art, Our Identity
Because our products are inspired by traditional wisdom, we believe their presentation should reflect that same soul. So we chose Kalamkari – a unique homegrown GI tagged art form still practiced from generations on our packaging so that this heritage gets the recognition it deserves and lits our products in every shelf they touch.
If you love the art on our packaging, we invite you to see the magic in person. Visit the Machilipatnam-Pedana region for prints that are excellent for everyone.
The Rhythms of the Block
Originating near Machilipatnam, Pedana Kalamkari is famous for its hand-carved teakwood blocks. Each stamp is a heartbeat of history, requiring immense precision to align the intricate motifs across the fabric.

Nature’s Palette
The richness of our prints comes from nature itself. Indigo for blues, pomegranate for yellows, and madder root for reds. These dyes are processed with milk and river water to lock in their vibrant, earthy hues.
Colors born from the earth and sun.
