Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via any of the below mentioned carriers with tracking sent to your mail. If you prefer delivery service with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with the tracking number which can be used to tracked online at carriers portal.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but we assure special care to protect fragile objects from our side .

Once dispatched carrier change suggestion will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The Director and the Webmaster hold the authority to choose the suitable carrier for the order and suggestions prior dispatch by the buyer can be made directly to webmaster using contact us form.
In case of international shipments,they will be processed by our partner seller or freight forwarder as per their terms and they hold responsibility of delivering the package.
Any new policies can be made and existing policy can be amended ,such changes will take immediate effect upon publishing. Thus it is recommended for relevant stakeholder to check this page regularly for changes.
